Lucia is a highly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), accredited by both the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and the Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA). She also holds General Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK). Lucia earned her Honours degree in BCom Accounting from the University of the Free State in South Africa.

With close-on decade of professional experience in auditing and accounting, Lucia has held several managerial roles, leading audit teams and overseeing complex financial engagements. She has worked across a variety of sectors.

Lucia brings deep expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and advisory services. Notably, she has led audits in the United States and Canada under RSM USA, gaining valuable exposure to international standards and cross-border financial practices.

As audit partner, she plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring audit quality, and mentoring junior professionals. Her strong technical foundation, leadership acumen, and global experience make her an invaluable asset to the firm’s leadership team.
